Sigmund Sternberger Revolution Lodge Scholarship Application Guidelines

Who May Apply

An Eligible Applicant must:
	Be a permanent resident of Guilford County, North Carolina or attending a college or university located in Guilford County, North Carolina.
	Be a child or grandchild of a member of Revolution Masonic Lodge, Greensboro, North Carolina.
	Be enrolled in a standard undergraduate curriculum with a normal full-time workload.
	Submit the Foundation's online application for a scholarship together with all requested supporting documentation.

	Tuition
	Required fees
	Course-related expenses, such as books and equipment.

When We Award Grants
The deadline for submitting an application for a Sigmund Sternberger Revolution Lodge Scholarship is June 1 each year. The application will be considered in the summer and the applicant notified in or about August.

Recipients and scholarship amounts will be determined in the discretion of the Revolution Lodge Scholarship Committee of the Tannenbaum-Sternberger Foundation, Inc. Preference may be given to Eligible Applicants who attend a college or university located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

	Register by selecting a username and password.
	Complete the application using the online application form on this website.
	Note: You may visit the Foundation's website as many times as necessary to change or complete the application form.
	Upload supporting documentation.
	Click on SUBMIT to enter the application.
	Note: After you click on the submit button you will not be able to make changes to the application.

After receipt of the application for scholarship, Foundation staff may request additional information.

Changing Schools
Students who plan to change schools will need to complete a new application since there are several items that will need to be updated. Please sign-in with the same username and password you used when applying and follow the I am Changing Schools link on the Student Main page.

Transcripts
  At the conclusion of each semester or academic quarter, recipients of Revolution Lodge Scholarships must provide the Foundation with a copy of the transcript of their courses and grades earned.

Scholarship Payments
When applications have been approved by the Foundation Board, applicants will receive a letter stating the amount that has been awarded. Payment of the scholarship award will be sent to the college or university each semester. NOTE: This payment will not be sent until the transcript for the preceding semester has been received by the Foundation.
